For employees enrolled in this program, we collect the mobile telephone number provided by the employee at the time of opt-in during onboarding, along with the date and method of consent. 4. SMS Program Disclosures
The following disclosures apply to CBLD’s internal text messaging program, which is used solely for employee-facing transactional notifications:

- Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent data may be shared only with subcontractors and service providers (for example, our messaging platform and credit-card processing API providers) under confidentiality obligations, and only as necessary to support the operation, delivery, and security of the messaging program.
- All other categories of information sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This opt-in information will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose other than direct support of the SMS program.
- Enrolled employees may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting CBLD using the information in Section 11. Replying HELP will return contact information for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply.
